NuClicks, LLC operates NuClicks.AI. This notice describes information used for our website, webinar registration, subscriptions, and customer support. Updated October 10, 2026.

Information You Provide

When registration is available, we collect your first name, email address, and mobile phone number to register you for the webinar. We record any optional text-message consent separately. When you contact us or subscribe, we use the information needed to respond, support your subscription, and arrange software access.

Payments And Software Access

Stripe processes payments on its checkout pages. Do not send payment card details by email or enter them in a NuClicks contact form. The software login is operated through Plai. These providers process information under their own policies: Stripe Privacy Policy and Plai Privacy Policy.

Webinar Registration

NuClicks uses your registration details to provide immediate access to the recorded webinar on this website. We retain a registration record and its campaign source information. An access cookie lets your browser open the recording after registration. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Optional Marketing Texts

We do not enroll you in marketing texts just because you provide a phone number. If text follow-up is offered, it uses a separate, unchecked consent option. Consent is not required to purchase or view the webinar. You can opt out by replying STOP when the messaging service is active.

Website And Source Information

Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. We record campaign source tags and referral information with a registration to understand how visitors found NuClicks. We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, successful webinar registrations, actual webinar playback, and checkout activity, and to understand our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive browser, cookie, device, page, and event information under its Privacy Policy. We do not send the name, email, or phone number entered in the webinar form through this pixel integration. The website does not load the Meta Pixel when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also review your advertising preferences in Meta's settings. A welcome-page visit is not recorded as a purchase.

Access, Retention, And Questions

Information is used to deliver services, provide support, maintain transaction records, and meet applicable obligations. Historical inquiries are retained separately when an offer is discontinued.
